If return instructions are followed correctly, no restocking fee will apply.

Otherwise, a 10% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund.

Condition of Returned Device

PCs must be returned in their original factory condition, free from any internal or external damage.

All included items (accessories, manuals, power cords, packaging, etc.) must be returned as originally shipped.

Devices showing signs of unauthorized modification, misuse, or damage will not qualify for a full refund.

Without a Device Protection plan, shipping costs for returning a PC are the responsibility of the customer.
