Kreative Devices is a New York-based custom PC brand working with factory partners in Asia to create high-quality, customizable devices at competitive prices.
By using our website, placing an order, or purchasing a Kreative Devices product or service, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced below.
We’ve kept these terms as clear and straightforward as possible so you know what to expect when doing business with us.
1. Purchasing From Kreative Devices
When you place an order with Kreative Devices, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete order, billing, and shipping information.
Pay the price displayed at checkout, including any applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other disclosed fees.
Review the product specifications, configuration, and applicable policies before completing your purchase.
Follow the Terms of Service and other policies applicable to your order.
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Kreative Devices reserves the right to cancel or decline an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving incorrect pricing, unavailable products, suspected fraud, payment issues, or inaccurate order information.
Every eligible Kreative Devices PC includes a 1-Year Factory Warranty covering qualifying defects in materials or workmanship.
Optional Device Protection may also be purchased for additional coverage and benefits according to the terms of the selected protection plan.
2. Returns & Refunds
We want customers to feel confident in their purchase.
Returns and refund requests are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, including our applicable 45-Day Money Back Guarantee.
Customers requesting a return must follow the return authorization and shipping instructions provided by Kreative Devices.
A request for a refund, report of a problem, or payment dispute does not by itself constitute a completed return.
Where required under the applicable Return & Refund Policy, merchandise must be returned, received, and inspected before a merchant-issued refund can be approved.
By completing a purchase, you agree that the Return & Refund Policy applicable at the time of your order forms part of these Terms of Service.
3. Warranty & Device Protection
The 1-Year Factory Warranty, Device Protection, and the 45-Day Money Back Guarantee are separate forms of coverage and may have different requirements, exclusions, and benefits.
Factory Warranty coverage applies to qualifying defects in materials or workmanship and does not automatically cover accidental damage, misuse, liquid damage, unauthorized modifications, data loss, or unrelated third-party software issues.
Customers without qualifying Device Protection may be responsible for shipping a device to the designated factory or service location for warranty evaluation.
Device Protection benefits are governed by the terms of the specific plan purchased.
4. Website Content & Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content appearing on the Kreative Devices website—including text, graphics, designs, photographs, product descriptions, logos, branding, videos, and other materials—is owned by or licensed to Kreative Devices.
Our trademarks, branding, and copyrighted materials may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, or used commercially without appropriate permission.
Content belonging to our partners, manufacturers, artists, creators, or other third parties remains the property of its respective owner.
5. Content You Share With Us
If you voluntarily submit reviews, testimonials, photographs, videos, comments, feedback, or other content to Kreative Devices, you retain ownership of your original content.
By submitting that content, you grant Kreative Devices a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, edit, format, publish, and share the submitted content for legitimate business, promotional, marketing, and website purposes.
You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that our permitted use of it will not knowingly violate another person's rights.
6. Limitation of Liability
Kreative Devices works to provide dependable products, accurate information, and professional customer service.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kreative Devices will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from the use or inability to use our website, products, or services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
7. Website & Service Access
Kreative Devices reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to our website, services, accounts, promotions, or other features when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:
fraud or suspected fraud;
misuse of our website or services;
unlawful activity;
abusive or threatening conduct;
violation of these Terms; or
activity that could harm Kreative Devices, our customers, our partners, or our systems.
We may also modify, discontinue, or update website features, products, or services from time to time.
8. Product Information & Availability
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, pricing, photographs, and availability information are accurate.
Because Kreative Devices offers customizable products and works with manufacturing partners, certain specifications, components, availability, or production details may change.
If a material change affects an order that has already been placed, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with the customer before proceeding where appropriate.
9. Payment Disputes
If you experience a problem with an order, contact Kreative Devices directly so that we can investigate and resolve the matter.
A payment dispute or chargeback does not by itself constitute the return of merchandise.
Kreative Devices may provide relevant transaction, delivery, communication, return, and order information to payment processors, card networks, financial institutions, or other parties involved in resolving a payment dispute.
If payment for merchandise is reversed while the merchandise remains in the customer's possession, Kreative Devices reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law, payment-network rules, and the policies governing the purchase.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
11. Changes to These Terms
Kreative Devices may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, policies, or business practices.
The Terms applicable to a purchase are generally the Terms in effect at the time the applicable transaction is completed, subject to rights or requirements imposed by applicable law.
